16 ounces. cream cheese, at room temperature
½ c. (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
2 (4 oz.) packages smoked salmon, ground or chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 ounces. or 1/3 c. dry sherry
4 tbsp. chopped green onions or chives
2 tsp. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl and cream lightly. Add salmon, garlic, sherry, green onions and celery salt. Blend well. Refrigerate several hours. Serve with crackers, Melba toast or rye bread.
