1 15-oz can black beans
1/2 cup picante sauce
4 (7 or 8 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
4 cups shredded lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 8 or 9 inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. In
medium bowl, combine beans and picante sauce; mix well. Place 1 tortilla in bottom of spray-coated pan. Spread 1/3 of bean mixture over tortilla; sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the cheese. Repeat layering twice. Cover with remaining tortilla; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. To serve, cut into wedges. Place 1 cup lettuce on each plate, top with tortilla wedge. Serve with additional
picante sauce, if desired.
