2 kiwi fruit peeled
1/4 c. concentrated limeade
4 tbsp. grated lime peel
2 drops green food coloring
1 c. regular sour cream
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda


Lime Glaze:
1/4 c. + fresh lime juice
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously spray bundt pan with non-stick spray. Blend kiwi, limeade, food coloring and grated peel in blender until liquefied. Add sour cream, eggs, oil and sugar to the blended items and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix slightly. Mix will be lumpy. Bake in the middle rack of the oven for 33 to 36 minutes. Test with toothpick. Loosen edges and invert on rack to cool. Serve warm with glaze or cool.
