2 Tbsp. oil
3 eggs
1 Cup bean sprouts, drained
1 Cup chopped meat or shrimp
2 Tbsps. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Cups meat or shrimp gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet. beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Stir in bean sprouts, meat or shrimp, onion and 1 Tbsp. soy sauce. Pour 1/4 cup mixture at a time into skillet; with broad spatula push cooked egg up over meat to form a patty. Mix with flour and water to make gravy. Add Gravy master for color. When patties are set, turn to brown other side. Serve hot with gravy.
