1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 medium onions, chopped
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) chicken (or same amount of chicken breasts), cooked and cut into bite size pieces
1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 1/2 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Saute sausage and set aside. In fat, saute muchrooms and onions. Add sausage and chicken. Cook wild rice according to package directions. Mix flour with cream until smooth. Add chicken broth and cook until thickened. Combine with sausage, chicken and vegetables. Mix all with rice. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
