1 small package raspberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup ice cold water
1 small an crushed piuneapple
1 small container whipped topping
Marschino cherries, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Place jello into a bowl, add one cup boiling water and stir until jello is dissolved. Add ice water. Stir until mixed. Add drained crush pineapple. Add whipped topping. Fold gently, put into mold or pretty dish. Add marschino cherries, if desired. Refrigerate until firm.

Although I haven't made this recipe in years, back when we were growing up, most "nice meals" included some sort of jello mold. Part salad, part dessert, all sweet!
