1 pkg dry yeast
1 1/2 c warm water
2/3 c sugar
1 t salt
1/3 c butter flavored cooking oil
4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast with warm water and dissolve. Add sugar, salt, and oil. Mix well. Slowly add flour and stir. You may need a little more or less than 4 cups. Mixture should be thick and spongy. Place in a greased bowl covered with a cloth and let rise until double in size. Punch down and knead. A little more flour may be needed for this. Pinch off balls abouit 1 1/2 inches in diameter. With a little flour on your hands, shape into smooth balls. Place in rows in greased Pyrex dish. This recipe makes two dishes, one 9"x13" and one 9"x9". Set in warm place, covered with a cloth and let rise until doubled. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown 25-30 minutes.
