Peanut Butter Cup Cookies Recipe

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
vanilla to taste
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 bag of small individual Reese Peanut Butter Cups

Beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, mix in. Fold in flour and baking soda.

Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

Pinch off dough and place in mini muffin pans.

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375

Place candy immediately into cookies when they come out of the oven. Let cool.
