1 Tbsp. onion, chopped 1 1/4 c. milk 2-3 c. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
Arrange potatoes and onions in 2 layers in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with salt and dot with 2-4 Tbsp. butter or margarine. Pour milk over all. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
