1 c pecan cookie pieces
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 (16oz) pkg frozen strawberries
1 (8oz) pkg 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 c Splenda or sugar substitute of your choice
1 1/2 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pecan pieces and butter in a pie pan. Press the pecan mixture evenly in the pie pan and set aside. Place 1/2 pkg of frozen strawberries in a blender or food processor bowl. Process for 30 sec or until strawberries are coarsely chopped and set aside. Combine cream cheese, sugar substitute and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients with an electric mixer on high speed for 2 min. Stir in the chopped strawberries and spread the mixture over the nut crust. Cover cheesecake with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hr.
