lb ground beef
1/3 c chopped onions
1/4 c chopped green pepper
2 cans (6 oz) Tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp tabasco sauce
1 c sour cream
6 oz lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
1/2 c cottage cheese

Brown ground beef, onions and green pepper. Blend in tomato paste and spices.
Blend sour cream and cooked noodles. Layer half in casserole; top with half of meat mixture. place mozzarella over meat, then cottage cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
