Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 egg (beat slightly with 1/4 tsp. salt)
1/8 tsp. baking powder
Add about 2/3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ing. together (use your hands) to make a rather stiff dough. Divide dough into 2 balls. Roll out on a "floured" board (a paper sack works as well for a board) one ball of the dough. Add flour as needed. Roll out until it is about as thin as pie dough. Cut into pieces about 4" wide and stack them up. Then cut into narrow strips. Toss noodles lightly with fingers and allow to dry a little bit. Drop noodles slowly into boiling stock and cook for 5 mins. I use 1 egg for every two people, but I do not make up more than 2 eggs at a time. Use about 1 cup of stock per egg. Stir most of the cooking time.
