1 cup cold water
1 (14 oz.) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 (1.4 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) tub reduced-calorie whipped topping
1 cup hot water
cup Kahlua (coffee flavored liquor)
1 Tbsp instant espresso or 2 Tbsp instant coffee granules
24 ladyfingers (2 packages, 3 oz. each)
3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa

- Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, stir well w/a whisk. Cover surface w/plastic wrap, chill 30 min. or until firm.
- Remove plastic wrap, add cream cheese. Beat at medium speed of a mixer until well-blended. Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Combine hot water, kahlua, and espresso. Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise. Arrange 16 ladyfinger halves, flat sides down, in a trifle bowl or large glass bowl. Drizzle w/ cup kahlua mixture. Spread 1/3 of pudding mixture evenly over ladyfingers; sprinkle w/1 Tbsp cocoa. Repeat layers, ending w/cocoa. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.

Serves 12 (~2/3 cup each)
