1 3/4 c. Flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetale oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add remaining
ingredients except boiling water; beat at medium speed 2
minutes. Remove from mixer; stir in boilling water. (Batter will be
thin). Grease and flour pans. Bake at 350 2-9" pans or 3-8"
pans take 30-35 minutes, 1-9x13 pan takes 35-40 minutes. Cool
10 minutes on rack before removing from pan. I use the frosting
on the back of Hershey's cocoa box.
