Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Recipe

1 med. onion
1/3 cup cider vinegar
cup tomato paste
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
cup ketchup
cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp ground black pepper
4 lbs. boneless pork shoulder blade roast, cut into 4 pieces
Sandwich buns

1. Stir together all ingredients except pork and mix well. Add pork and turn to coat well with sauce. Place all ingredients into slow cooker.
2. Cook on low setting 8-10 hours, until pork is very tender
3. Transfer pork to a large bowl and turn slow cooker to high to boil and thicken the sauce.
4. Pull the pork into shreds and return to sauce.
5. Spoon onto sandwich buns!
