6 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup butter
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 jar (13 oz) marshmallow creme
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 package white chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons baking cocoa

Grease bottom and sides of 13 x 9 pan with butter.

Heat sugar, milk, butter, and cream cheese to boiling in 6 quart saucepan. Heat over medium-high 6-8 minutes; stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to medium. Cook about 10 minutes longer to 225 on candy thermometer; remove from heat.

Quickly stir in marshamllow creme and vanilla Pour 4 cups of hot mixture over white chocolate chips in large bowl; stir to mix. Stir chocolate chips, bittersweet chocolate and cocoa into remaining marshmallow mixture.

Pour 1/3 of white mixture into pan, spreading evenly. Quickly pour 1/3 chocolate mixture on top. Repeat twice. Swirl knife greased with butter through mixture for marbled design.

Cool until set. Refrigerate uncovered about 3 hours or until set.
