1 bag bowtie pasta
2 boneless,skinless chicken breasts
½ c sun dried tomatoes (prepared as directed on jar)
½ c green onions (chopped)
½ mushrooms (chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
Crushed red pepper to taste
Garlic cream sauce (see recipe in the sauces section of this book)

Place olive oil in frying pan and heat on medium heat
Cut up chicken into small pieces and place in frying pan
Add red pepper to taste
When chicken is done add in sun dried tomatoes, onions and mushrooms and cook for a 3 minutes. You don’t want to cook it too long or the vegetables will get soggy
Cook pasta as directed on package, you want the pasta al dente
Prepare garlic cream sauce according to recipe in the sauces section of this book
Combine chicken mixture and pasta in a large bowl
Pour sauce over the top and mix well
Sprinkle additional parmesan cheese on top to taste

I made up this recipe several years ago after having Pasta Milano at the Macaroni Grill. I can't say if it's the exact recipe but it's very tasty and similar to the restaurant's version.
