1 large onion
2 - 2 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
6 tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans chili beans
2 cans tomato sauce or 1 can diced tomatoes
dash garlic salt

Saute onion in skillet.

Add ground beef or turkey, chili powder, salt and pepper.

In sauce pan, add chili beans, tomatoes and garlic salt.

Add meat mixture to beans, add enough water to cover mixture.

Simmer 2-3 hours. If too thick or dry, add water.
