2 3-4 lb. pork tenderloins
1/4 cup each honey and soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. minced gingerroot
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
fresh parsley sprigs

Place tenderloins in 11 x 7" baking pan.

Combine honey and next 9 ingredients, stirring well. Pour over tenderloins. Cover and refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove tenderloins from marinade.

Grill tenderloins over medium-hot coals 25-35 minutes, turning often and basting with reserved marinade.

Pork is done when meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160.

To serve, slice tenderloins thinly and arrange on serving platter.
