1 Bag Spinach torn
Bean Sprouts drained (soak in ice water 30 minutes, then dry)
4 boiled eggs sliced
1 pound bacon cooked & crumbled
1 can chestnuts

Dressing
3 eggs chopped
3 green onions
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp dill weed
salt & papper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the salad together and then mix all the dressing ingredients. Put salad dressing on the salad and mix well. Serve with chinese noodles.
