1 prebaked pie shell, cooled
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 small pkg peach jello-reg. or sugar free
5 or 6 fresh peaches
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, water and cornstarch together and bring to a boil. Mixture will thicken and become clear in color. Remove from heat and add jello. Stir until jello is dissolved. Cool. Peel and slice peaches and add to mixture: pour into pie shell. Add Cool Whip as a topping when served.
