1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese divided
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano, divided
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg
1 T water
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 T oleo
2 c meatless spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 c (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
Hot cooked pasta

Combine the bread crumbs, 1/4 c parmesan cheese, 1 tsp oregano, basil, salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine the egg and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture. In a skillet, cook chicken in butter on both sides until juices run clear. Meanwhile, combine the spaghetti sauce, garlic salt, and remaining oregano in a pan; heat through. Spoon over chicken; sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining parmesan. Serve with pasta.
