3/4 c. each white and whole wheat flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. fresh or partially thawed frozen cranberries or
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted

Dutchy Crust:
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. each rolled oats and flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Prepare Dutchy crust by combining all ingredients until
crumbly. Set aside.
In large bowl, mix flours, oats, sugar, baking powder and
soda. Add fruit and stir to coat. In small bowl beat eggs with fork. Beat in buttermilk and butter. Add to flour mixture and stir until blended. Fill greased pans 2/3 full. Top with Dutchy crust.
Bake 400 until pick inserted in center comes out clean - 15 to 25 minutes for muffins. Can be baked in 9" square pan for 30 - 35 minutes.
