1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbs. water
1 c. rice krispies, crushed
1/4 c. Bisquick
1 Tbs. minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 chicken breasts, skin removed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg and water in shallow bowl, mix well.
Combine cereal, Bisquick, onion and garlic powder in a second shallow bowl. Stir until blended.
Dip egg in egg mixture and then in cereal mixture, coating well. Place in glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake 350º for 45 minutes or until done.
