2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 c. milk
4 T. flour
4 T. cocoa
1 - 9" pie shell
1/8 tsp. salt
1 T. butter

4 T. sugar
whites from 4 of the eggs.

Mix flour, sugar and cocoa together. Beat 4 egg yolks and one whole egg to a cream, add slowly the flour and sugar. Then add the milk and cook slowly. When it comes to boil and thickens pour in baked pie shell. Meringue:beat egg whites,add sugar slowly to egg whites as beating. Beat to stiff peaks. Top the chocolate filling and bake for 10 minutes at 425 until golden brown.
