3 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
2-3 ripe bananas
graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add egg yolks and 1/2 c milk. Mix, then add the rest of the milk and heat over a medium stove, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat, add vanilla. When cool, put in serving bowl, layering with banana slices and top with graham cracker crumbs. Chill until served.
