3 c. pumpkin seeds (washed)
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt

Coating mixture:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak seeds in water and salt overnight in refrigerator; drain. Place on a cookie sheet and dry in 250º oven for about 20 minutes (gently turn once).

Melt butter in fry pan; mix in Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and celery salt into butter. Add seeds and fry (stir often) for 5 minutes.

Place seeds on a cookie sheet and bake in 250º oven for 2 hours. Stir every 20 minutes. Dry on paper towels.
