1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. venison breakfast sausage
1 c. cooked wild rice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Pepper to taste

Heat oven to 375º
Combine beef, sausage, onion powder, garlic powder, wild rice, bread crumbs and milk; shape into 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet; bake 15-20 minutes or until brown. In saucepan, combine soup, water and a splash of dry white wine (optional); heat to simmering for 3 minutes.

Place cooked meatballs in a warm crock-pot and pour soup mixture over the top. Keep crock-pot on low so that meatballs do not break down.
