2 lbs. Ground Sirloin
2 12-oz. cans tomato sauce
1 medium can tomato paste
1 cup chopped celery
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 whole green pepper, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt and sprinkle black pepper to taste
1 can whole tomatoes. Use hand to mash them up a bit and keep the liquid.
5 bay leaves
1/2 tbsp. Wesson Oil
1 12-oz. can water
1 large pk spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery, peppers and garlic in 1/2 tbsp oil; set aside. Put meat in a large skillet and brown. Mix w/sauted vegetables and stir thoroughly.

Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes; add bay leaves. Gradually add a little water, watching consistency of sauce (needs to be "just right"). Heat on medium heat & cover. Turn down to low and cook for about 1-1/2 hours. Remember to watch the consistency and add water as needed.

Boil spaghetti per instructions on box.

Serve with tossed salad and french bread.
