1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400 Spray 13 x 9 baking pan with cooking spray.

Cook beef until brown; drain.

Layer cottage cheese and Paramesan cheese in baking dish.

Mix beef and 1/2 of mozarella cheese, Italian seasoning and tomato paste; spoon evenly over cheese in dish.

Stir biscuit mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour over beef mixture.

Bake uncovered 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 2 minutes more.

Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
