3 c. sugar
3/4 c. white syrup
1/2 c. hot water
dash salt
vanilla

Directions:
Cook to hard ball stage. In meantime beat 2 egg whites until frothy then add a 3 oz. box jello strawberry or rasberry. continue beating until holds stiff peaks add syrup slowly as you beat continue beating until candy holds shape.
