1 10-0z. pk. frozen, sweetened rasberries, thawed and drained.
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
2 tlbs. cider vinegar
2 tlbs. lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Dash nutmeg
Fresh fruit assortment

Directions:
Directions:
Process raspberries until pureed in blender. Strain to remove seeds. Return to blender and add jam, vinegar, lemon juice. Cover and process until smooth. Add oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and process until blended.
Serve over fresh fruit. Yummy!
