2/3 tbsp. butter
1 small chopped onion
3 medium potatoes diced
1 c. water
1 - 1 1/2 lb. fish cut into chunks
1 qt. milk or 1 pt. milk & 1/2 pt. half & half.
3 tbsp. butter
paprika
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute 2/3 tbsp. butter and onion. Add potatoes and water to onions. Gently boil until potatoes are tender. Add fish. Add small amount of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add milk. Heat to below boiling. Add additional butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Add salt and pepper as desired.
