4 lbs. ground beef
2 lbs. ground pork
2 c. onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. worchestershire sauce
3 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into 1-1/2 inch balls. Place on a jellyroll pan and bake @ 375º for 20 - 30 minutes then transfer to a large roaster. Pour gravy over meatballs and bake @ 325º for 30 minutes.
FOR GRAVY: Mix 1 c. veg. oil, 4 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. salt. Add 8 c. water.
Cook until thick. Add 3 c. sour cream and stir well.

You may substitute gravy with a prepackaged gravy mix and add sour cream to the prepared gravy.
