1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 small instant lemon pudding
3/4 cup lukewarm water
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs room temperature

Mix and beat 10 minutes. Grease pan. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool for 10 minutes. Frost.

Frosting: 1 1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice

Use all icing. Put waxed paper under cake.
