Stromboli Recipe

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks (save whites)
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
thin deli ham, deli turkey, pepperoni, salami (used desired meats)
6 oz. provolone cheese slices
6 oz. mozzarella cheese slices
or American cheese slices

Preheat oven to 350.

Thaw frozen bread dough: spread on greased cookie sheet. Mix together Parmesan cheese, egg yolks, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, pepper and oil. Spread mixture over dough. Place cheese down first, provolone, mozzarella, or American slices. Cover with thin deli meats overlapping pieces. Roll up like jelly roll. Seam side down. Brush with egg whites. Bake for 20-30 minutes until top is golden brown.
