2 cans Lesuire Peas
(you can use any brand of peas that you prefer
but early peas are the best).
1 small onion ( diced fine)
3 hard boiled eggs (diced)
2 cups Velveeta Cheese (diced into small cubes)
1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
salt
pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate
