2 bunches broccoli crowns
1 lb. frozen cavatelli
evoo
2 garlic cloves, diced
salt
fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
cook the pasta till al dante, drain but reserve the pasta water. Cook the broccoli in the pasta water till the crowns are tender but not mushy. Fry about 6 tbsp. evoo with the garlic---careful not to burn. Drain about 1/2 of the water and add the pasta, evoo mixture, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes. Serve with grated locatelli cheese in deep soup bowls.
