3 c. powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tbsp. shortening (optional)
1 package butter cookies
1 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cookies, powdered sugar, peanut butter and melted butter well and press into a 9x13 pan. Melt chocolate, adding shortening if too thick. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Chill and cut.
