Carrot Cake Recipe

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all together and add:
4 eggs (beaten)
2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (drained)

Mix and bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes until springs. Let cool.

1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
Mix and spread over cooled cake.
