Lemon Fluff Recipe

1 small pkg lemon jello..
1/2 c. sugar..
12 oz. whipping cream..
1 box vanilla wafers..
1/4 c. lemon juice..
1-3/4 c. boiling water.

Dissolve jello in the boiling water. Chill until partially set.
Crush vanilla wafers and set aside.
Whip jello until light and foamy.
Add lemon juice and sugar. Mix well.
Whip cream until thick, then fold into jello mixture.
Line bottom of 9" x 13" pan with cookie crumbs, reserving 1/2 c.
Spread jello mixture over crumbs.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top of mixture.
Chill until set.
