Sunshine Cake Recipe

1 box yellow cake mix
c. oil
4 eggs
c. sugar
1 can mandarine oranges

1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 9oz. tub Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients, pour into three 8 round greased/floured cake pans. Bake 15-20 minutes or until brown and knife comes clean.

Thoroughly mix pudding, crushed pineapple, and Cool Whip together. Ice between layers and outside of cake. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top as garnish.

Keep Refrigerated.
