4-5 lbs very lean chili meat
4 tsp salt
2 tbsp black pepper
5 rounded tbsp ground cumin

Cook all the above for 1-2 hours and then add:
1 medium onion (chopped)
3 good size hot peppers (or Cheyenne Red Pepper)
8 pods fresh garlic (medium to large pods)
cook for another hour, the add:
2(#303) cans Pinto Beans
3 cans Tomato Sauce
4 tbsp Chili Powder
continue to cook for 1 hour and then add:
flour/water mixture to thicken if needed
