1 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage
5 slices bread, cubed
1/2 c chopped onion
6 eggs
2 c milk
1 c cubed cheese (or shredded)
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
mushrooms or green pepper, if desired
Directions:
Directions:
Brown and crumble the sausage and drain off fat. Mix all together the remaining ingredients and put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
