Ingredients:  
1 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Mix together, put in 9 x13 pan bake 325º for 10 to 15 min., until light brown.

Combine :
1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. sugar
5 egg yolks beaten 1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. corn starch
Cook until thick

Directions:
Dissolve 2 Tbsp. gelatin in 1.4 c. water, add to cooked mixture. Cool filling. Fold in 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
Beat 5 egg whites until stiff, add 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar & 1/2 c. sugar. Fold into cooled cooked mixture. Put on crust & refrigerate. Serve with whipped topping or cool whip. (Crust can be made ahead of time for future use.)
