1-1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Mix oil into flour mixture. Blend eggs and bananas. Make a well in flour mixture and add egg and banana mixture. Mix lightly - don't mix smooth. Add nuts. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour in lightly greased loaf pan.
