4 chicken breasts, boned & skinned
5 cups water
1 med. onion chopped
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 cup celery chopped
1 small pkg dried Northern beans, cook as directed
3 cans (4.5 oz. or 2 7oz cans) green Chile's chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. cumin
1 Bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken water and half of the onion in a large pan over medium hear, cook until chicken is tender. Remove chicken, reserving broth. Cut chicken in small chunks, set aside.

Melt butter in a skillet, add celery and remaining onion, saute until tender. Stir in chicken, celery, onion and cooked beans. Add add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat it medium low, cook for 1 hour, stirring frequently, until thickened
