1 pkg yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 c dairy eggnog
1/4 c butter, melted
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t rum flavor
1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped and sweetened

Filling:
2 c dairy eggnog
3 T corn starch
1/2 t rum flavor

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine cake mix with eggs, eggnog, melted butter, nutmeg and rum flavors; beat for 4 minutes.
2. Pour batter into well sprayed or greased and floured 2 - 8"or9" pans or 9x13 baking pan. You may want to line with wax paper if removing from pan and frosting. May also be baked in a bundt pan.
3. Bake at 375º about 30 min, or until done. Let stand in pans 10 min after removing from oven. Turn out on cake racks to cool.
4. When, cooled, slice each cake in 3 layers, Spread each layer wither filling.
5. After cake is assembled, spread with the chipped cream that has been sweetened with 1/4 c sugar and another 1/2 t rum flavoring.
6. Refrigerate before serving
