1 - 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1 c. Mayo
1 to 2 4-oz. cans of shrimp, drained
3 T. lemon juice
1 c. Green Onions chopped real little
1 c. Celery chopped real little
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the Cream Cheese and Mayo in a large bowl.
Add the chopped green onions and celery. After draining shrimp, sprinkle the lemon juice over the shrimp before mixing them into the cheese mixture. If using 2 cans of shrimp, just divide the 3 tablespoons in half for each can. Add the shrimp and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill.

If you do not have celery, you can leave it out. You can also cut back on the onions. This recipe can be cut in half or doubled. You cannot mess it up. DO NOT use frozen shrimp. I tried this once and it was awful. You do not have to chill this very long, but it does taste a little more wonderful if chilled over night.
Shrimp lovers love this dip.
I like to use Ruffle Potato Chips with this dip.
