1 spiral sliced ham, about 8 - 10 pounds
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple chunks, undrained

Preheat oven to 325º
Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Drain the pineapple juice into a bowl and add the brown sugar, stirring till well combined. Pour half of the mixture over the ham. Place some of the pineapple chunks on top of the ham (use toothpicks to secure) and cover the pan with foil
Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and baste with the juice mixture. Continue baking another 40 minutes, basting every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with the pan drippings and the rest of the pineapple chunks.

My sisters and I watch "The 10 Commandments" every time it's on TV, which is usually around Easter. This leftover ham makes a great sandwich to enjoy while watching the move. Thus the name.
I'm pretty sure even Yul Brenner would have loved it. "So it shall be written---so it shall be done", would probably have been his comment about this recipe!
